Ashly Cashman, Board Member

Ashly Cashman is a business development and operations professional with experience supporting complex, multi-region organizations. She currently serves as a Business Development Coordinator at Cashman Equipment Corporation, a global marine construction and barge rental company operating across the United States, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and West Africa.

In her role, Ashly works across business development, internal auditing, utilization reporting, and accounts receivable, bringing a strong systems-oriented approach to organizational operations and growth. Her background includes experience in quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015), data analysis, and cross-functional coordination, with a focus on building infrastructure that is both effective and scalable.

Ashly holds a certificate in AI for Business Strategy from MIT Executive Education and is particularly interested in how thoughtful systems design can improve outcomes across industries.

She joins the Becoming U Foundation with a shared commitment to building support systems that are clear, accessible, and actionable in real-world settings.
