Jay Carnevale brings a thoughtful, community-centered, and solutions-oriented perspective to Becoming U Foundation. With a background in real estate development, leasing, and economic strategy, he is passionate about helping create environments and systems that support people and strengthen communities in meaningful and lasting ways.

Jay currently works in the commercial real estate and development sector, where he focuses on projects centered around growth, collaboration, and long-term community impact. His experience across development, advisory, and strategic planning has shaped his ability to think creatively, build strong relationships, and approach challenges with both practicality and vision.

A former varsity football player at Brown University, Jay’s experiences as an athlete reinforced the importance of resilience, teamwork, leadership, and connection — values that continue to influence both his professional work and his commitment to community impact.

Jay joined Becoming U Foundation with a genuine belief that support should feel more accessible, human, and rooted in real life. He is passionate about helping build initiatives and spaces that encourage connection, emotional wellbeing, and the reminder that people do not have to navigate difficult seasons alone.
